"Deed"
This Indenture made the 8th day of January in the year
of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and eighty three
Between Hugh A. Morrison and his wife Mary R. Morrison
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the
first part and Mary M. Bullard of the county and
State above written of the second part witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consider
ation of the sum of seventy five Dollars lawful money
of the United States of America to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
aliened remised conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release con
vey and confirm unto the said party of the second part
and her heirs and assigns forever all that tract or
parcel of land lying and being in the Town of Hawthorn
and State of Florida described as follows Beginning
at the North West Corner of the South East quarter
of the North West quarter of section Twenty six Town
ship Ten South of Range Twenty two E thence North
86° East eleven chains and fifty links: thence South 3'
East Eight chains and fifty links thence South 86° West
Eleven chains and fifty links thence North 3° West eight
Chains and fifty links back to place of beginning contain
ing nine acres and seventy seven hundredths of an acre
more or less Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto be
longing or in anywise appertaining and the rever
sion and reversions remainders and profits thereof and
also all the estate title interest possession claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity
of the said parties of the first part To have and
to hold the above granted and described premises with
the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns to their own proper use
forever, and the said parties of the first part for them
selves and their heirs executors and administrators do
covenant to and with the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns that the said parties of the
first part at the time of the sealing and delivery
of these presents were lawfully seized in fee simple of
and in all and singular the above bargained and
described premises with appurtenances and have good
right and lawful authority to sell and convey the
same and that the said party of the Second part
