her heirs and assigns shall threshold possess the above
granted premises with the appurtenances without molestation
or disturbance of the said parties of the first part their
heirs or assigns or of any other person or persons lawfully
claiming or to claim the same and the parties of the
first agree to permit the party of the second part
or her heirs or assigns to cut or sink a ditch of suf
ficient debth and width from the south East corner of said
tract of land south 86° East through their land to the lake
to drain said lot of land and also to permit another
ditch to be cut or sunk through the flat land or branch
running through said tract of land unto the lake the
parties of the second part or his heirs or assigns to cut
said ditch wherever they think most expedient and
useful for drainage and the parties of the first agree
to permit forever the said party of the second part
her heirs or assigns to Keep said ditches open at her
or their own conveyance allowing a space of ten feet to
place the earth out of said ditches and the said parties of
the first part for themselves and their heirs the above
described and hereby granted and released premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
against the said parties of the first part for themselves
and their heirs the above described and hereby granted and
released premises and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns and against all and every person
or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same
shall and will warrant and by these presents forever de
