Alachua County   }  This Indenture made this Fifteenth
day of May A.D. 1883, between G. Frank Bullard of
Hawthorn in said State and County and his wife
Mary M. Bullard who joins her husband in this convey
ance for the purpose of relinquishing her dower in the
lands hereinafter described parties of the first part and
Daniel M. Stewart of said Hawthorn and of the county
of Alachua State of Florida of the second part: witness
eth that for and in consideration of the sum of Two
Hundred and Seventy five Dollars to the parties of the
first part paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled
ged have granted bargained sold and by these pre
sents do grant bargain sell and convey and unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns in fee sim
ple all of that certain tract or parcel of land lying and
