west Twenty Links thence North fourteen degrees and thirty
five minutes west Eleven chains & Sixty three hundredths
to corner on boundary Street of Waits Crossing thence
on line of said Street East Four chains and thirty
two hundredths thence South Sixteen Degrees East Elev
en and Eight hundredths chains thence west Four chains
and thirty hundredths back to place of beginning containing
five Acres more or less. To have and to hold the above
described land to the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns together with the rights members and

his wife well Known to me as the grantors aforesaid
and acknowledged that they executed the foregoing
deed for the purpose of conveying the land therein
described to Daniel M. Stewart and the said Mary
M. Bullard upon an examination made by me sepa
rate and apart from her husband acknowledges that
she made herself a party to said conveyance for the
purpose of relinquishing all dower and right of dower
in the lands therein mentioned and that she did so free
ly and voluntarily and without any fear constraint or
compulsion from her said husband
