Fulton County } This Indenture made the 29th day
of January AD. 1883, between J.P. Dromgoole and Mary
T. Dromgoole of the State of Georgia and County of
Fulton the party of the first part and B.F. John
son of the City of Montreal P.Q. Canada party
of the second part witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Nine Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargain
ed sold and Conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the
second part all of that certain lot piece parcel
or tract of land Situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida partic
ularly Known and described as follows to wit In Section
Twenty two (22) Township Ten (10) South Range Nine
teen (19) East Beginning at a point which is located
as follows Starting at the South West corner of said
Section and running thence East Twelve (12) chains and
Sixty links Thence North Thirty 30 chains to a stake at
the south West Corner of R.D. Stinsons land Thence
East ten chains to a stake at the south East corner
of the said R.D. Stinson land the point of beginning thence
East Twenty Six (26) chains and fifty links to a stake
at the south west corner of Blasls land thence thence
North Thirty (30) chains to the margin of the A.G. & W.T.
Companys Railroad thence South westerly along said Rail
road thirty one 31 chains and Fifty links to a stake at
the North East corner of R. Stinsons land & thence South
along the East line of the said R.D. Stinsons land Fourteen
14 Chains to a stake the point of beginning contain
ing Fifty Eight 50/100 Acres more or less Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the same unto him the said party
of the second part and to his heirs executors adminis
trators and assigns in fee simple and absolute and the
said parties of the first part do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said party of the second part
that they are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and
hereby conveyed and that they have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same that the same
is free from all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever
and that they will and their heirs executors and adm
