sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant barg
ain sell and convey unto him the said Vega Berry
all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly Known and desc
ribed as follows to wit: Commencing at a point seventy
Eight 78 feet South of the South East corner of the
Store Lot of C.B Pelton thence running southerly
forty one (41) feet to within two feet (2) of the corner
of said Fraziers Store room thence south westerly
thirty feet (30) to E.C. Halls line thence Northerly forty
one feet (41) to Exchange Street thence Easterly along
the line of exchange Street thirty feet (30) to the place
of beginning all in Sec 12 Township 9S Range 20
E in the Town of Fairbanks County of Alachua & State
of Florida containing by estimation ___ Acres of land more
or less Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the
same unto him the said Vegar Berry and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
and We the said D.L. Frazier and Kate Frazier do here
by covenant and agree to and with the said Vegar Berry
that they are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed and that we have good and law
ful right to sell and convey the same that the same
is free from all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever
and that we will and our heirs executors and admin
istrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto him the said Vega Berry and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the law
ful claims and demands of any and all persons whom
soever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same
