Alachua County   }  This Indenture made this Fourteenth
day of April A.D. 1883, between Cynthia J. Waits in her
own right and Calvin Waits her husband both of
said State and County parties of the first part and
Hugh A. Morrison of the County of Alachua State
of Florida of the second part witnesseth that for
and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred
and Fifty Dollars to the parties of the first part
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns in
