six and 75/100 feet thence east three hundred and eigh
ty seven feet to a stake in the East line of said
quarter thence North long along the east line of said
quarter to place of beginning containing one acre
more or less Also Lot Number (8) Eight fronting on the
Rail Road and measuring East from Rail Road on
line dividing Lots Number (8) Eight and (9) Nine Six
chains and Sixty three tinks 6.63 thence North Three (3)
chains thence West five (5) Chains and seventy links
5.70 back to Rail Road containing one and 85/100 Acres

the said parties of the first part for themselves their

the above bargained sold and conveyed premises
