State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  This Indenture made this Sixteenth
day of March A.D. 1883 between William D. Bailey and
his wife Hallie A. Bailey who joins her husband in this
conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing her dower
in the lands hereinafter described parties of the first part
and Cynthia J. Waits of the County of Alachua State
of Florida of the second part: Witnesseth that for
and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred
Dollars to the parties of the first part paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns in fee simple all of that certain
tract or parcel of land lying and being in the said
State and County and described as follows to wit:
being an addition to the town of Hawthorn to wit lot Num
ber (8) Eight fronting on the Rail Road and measuring
East from Rail Road on line dividing lots number
(8) Eight and (9) Nine six chains and Sixty three
links (6.63) thence North three chains (3) thence West
five chains and seventy links 5.70 back to RailRoad
containing one and eighty five hundredths acres
more or less To have and to hold the above described
land to the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns together with the rights members and appur
tenances thereunto being belonging or in any manner apper
taining And the said parties of the first part for them
selves their heirs executors administrators and assigns
the title to the above bargained sold and conveyed
