This Indenture made the 23rd day of May in the Year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty
three Between Mrs. Rebecca E. Kennard and S.J. Kenn
ard Jr. of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the
first part and Charles A. Miller of Carthage Ohio
of the second part: Witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Two hundred and Fifty Dollars to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part the
riceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents doth grant bar
gain sell alien remise release convey and confirm
