Know all men by these presents that Archelaus V.
Stewart and Catharine H. Stewart his wife of Ham
ilton County Ohio in consideration of One 1.00/100
Dollar and other good considerations to them paid
by Charles A. Miller of the same place the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby Grant
Bargain sell and convey to the said Charles A.
Miller his heirs and assigns forever situate in
Alachua County in the State of Florida and being
the undivided one half (1/2) of all that certain piece
or parcel of land Known and described as follows to
wit: Beginning at a stake situated on the north line
of Arredondo Grant running East and West on East side
of Peninsular Railroad sixty feet from center of track
of said Rail Road for right of way of said Railroad
thence south Eighty nine (89°) degrees East on said
Grant line Sixteen hundred and seventy seven (1677) feet
to a stake South (1°) East one degree fourteen hundred
and ninety (1490) feet to a stake thence west one thou
sand and Eighty six (1086) feet more or less to the said
Peninsular Railroad right of way thence north along said
Railroad right of way fifteen hundred and eighty Eight (1588)
feet more or less to the place of beginning containing
forty three and 25/100 43 25/100 Acres of land more or less and being
the same premises conveyed to C.A. Miller and A.V. Stewart 
by Solomon B. Wilks and wife by deed dated April 6th 1882
and recorded in Deed Book "N" pages 684 & 685 & 686 of the records
of said County except lots three (3) and four (4) in Miller
and Stewarts subdivision heretofore sold and conveyed by
them Also the undivided one half (1/2) of all that
certain lor tract or parcel of land situate lying and
being in the said County of Alachua and State of
Florida and Known and described on the public records
of said County as fraction of section six (6) Township
nine (9) South of Range twenty two (22) East situated in
the north East corner of the Arradonda Grant and
running with the North and East line of said Grant to
stakes set up containing fifty (50) acres more or less
and being the same premises conveyed to said C.A.
