April 10th 1882 and recorded in Deed Book "N" Pages 683
and 684 of the records of said County The above two tracts
of land being lots Numbered One (1) two (2) five (5) six (6) seven (7)
Eight (8) Nine (9) ten (10) Eleven (11) and a two and 4/100 (2.4/10) acre
tract on Miller and Stewarts subdivision of part of section six
(6) Township nine (9) south Range twenty two (22) East in
Arradonda Grant lying East of Peninsular Railroad in
Alachua County Florida and all the estate title
and Interest of the said Archelaus V. Stewart and
Catherine H. Stewart his wife either in Law or Equity
of in and to the said premises together with all the
privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging
and all the rents issues and profits thereof To have
and to hold the same to the only proper use of the said
Charles A. Miller his heirs and assigns forever And
the said Archelaus V. Stewart for himself and for
his heirs executors and administrators does hereby cov
enant with the said Charles A. Miller his heirs and
Assigns that he is the true and lawful owner of
the said premises and has full power to convey
the same that the title so conveyed is clear is Clear
Free and unincumbered and further that he will war
rant and defend the same against all claim or claims
of all persons whomsoever In witness whereof the said
Archelaus V. Stewart and Catharine H. Stewart his
wife who hereby releases her right and expectancy
of Dower in the said premises have hereunto set their hands
and seals this 22d day of May in the Year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty three

V. Stewart and Catharine H. Stewart his wife and I
do hereby certify that they are the individuals descr
ibed in and who executed the foregoing deed and
are the grantors in the foregoing Deed and acknow
ledged the signing and sealing thereof to be their vol
untary act and deed for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned And the said Catharine H. Stewart wife of the
said Archelaus V. Stewart on a separate and private
