husband and the contents of said Deed being by me made
Known and explained to her as the statute directs declared
that she did voluntarily sign seal and acknowledge the same
and that she is still satisfied therewith as her act and
deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.

Know all men by these presents that Archelaus V Stew
art his wife of Hamilton County Ohio in consider
ation of One ($1.00/100) Dollar and other good consid
erations to them paid by Charles A. Miller of the Same
place the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do
hereby grant Bargain sell and convey to the said
Charles A. Miller his heirs and assigns forever the
undivided one half (1/2) of the following described
Real Estate to wit Lot number Seven (7) of Miller
and Stewarts subdivision of the south west quarter
of the North west quarter of section twenty six
(26) township eight (8) South of Range twenty one
(21) East in the County of Alachua and in the
state of Florida as recorded in deed Book "N"
page 736 of the public records of said county and
containing ten (10) Acres of land be the same more
or less Also the undivided one half (1/2) of all that
piece or parcel of land lying and being in said
County of Alachua and State of Florida described
as follows Beginning at a point on the west
side of Peninsular Rail Road Sixty (60) feet
from center of track and on South line of
Section Six (6) (Aradonda Grant) Township Nine
(9) running west along said Section line twenty
