hundred and sixteen (1516) feet to the beginning con
taining Eighty (80) Acres and being the same premises
conveyed to said C.A. Miller and A.V. Stewart by Soloman
B. Wilks and Lurana Wilks his wife by deed dated June
7th 1882 and recorded in Book "N" pages 926 & 927 of the
land records of Alachua County Florida and all the Estate
title and Interest of the said Archelaus V. Stewart and
Catharine H. Stewart his wife either in law or Equity of
in and to the said premises Together with all the priv
iledges and appurtenances to the same belonging and all
the rents issues and profits thereof To have and to hold the
same to the only proper use of the said Charles A.
Miller his heirs and assigns forever and the said Arch
elaus V. Stewart for himself and for his heirs execut
ors and administrators does hereby covenant with the
said Charles A. Miller his heirs and assigns that he
is the true and lawful owner of the said premises
and has full power to convey the same that the
title so conveyed is clear Free and unencumbered and
further that he will warrant and defend the same
against all claims or claims of all persons whomsoever
In witness whereof the said Archelaus V. Stewart and
Catharine H. Stewart his wife who hereby releases her
right and expectancy of Dower in the said premises have
hereunto set their hands and seals this 22nd day of May in
the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and Eighty three

Be it remembered that on the 22nd day of May in the
Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty
three before me the subscriber a Notary Public in and for said
County personally came Archelaus V. Stewart and Catharine
H. Stewart his wife and I do hereby certify that they are the
individuals described in and who executed the foregoing deed and
are the grantors in the foregoing Deed and acknowledged the
signing and sealing thereof to be their voluntary act and
deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and the said
Catharine H. Stewart wife of the said Archelaus V. Stewart
on a separate and private examination by me separate and
apart from her said husband and the contents of said
Deed being by me made known and explained to her as
the Statute directs declared that she did voluntarily sign
seal and acknowledge the same freely and without any
fear or compulsion from her husband and that she
