Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that I Jennie B. Pelton of the aforesaid county and
State for and in consideration of the sum of Five
Hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Mrs. Mir
rium B. Carver of the County of Madison in the
State of New York the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold con
veyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto her the said party of the
first part all of that certain lot piece tract or
parcel of land situated lying and being in the
county of Alachua in the State of Florida parti
cularly Known and described as follows to wit com
mencing at the South West Corner of the North
West Quarter of the south West quarter section Sev
en Township Nine South Range twenty one East
running thence North on Section line Sixty three
Rods (63) thence in a north easterly direction thirty
two rods (32) thence south thirty rods 30 thence West
ten rods (10) thence south to the southern Boundary line
of the north west Quarter of the south west Quarter thence
west to the place of beginning containing ten acres
more or less containing by estimation ten acres of land
more or less together with all and singular the tenements
