           Charles W. Brush Exr to Isaac Davis
                              "Deed"
This Indenture made this Eleventh day of February
in the Year eighteen hundred and seventy Eight
between Charles W. Brush at present of the City of San
Francisco and State of California Executor of the last
will and testament of Nehemiah Brush deceased of
the first part and Isaac Davis of Alachua County
and State of Florida of the Second part Whereas
Nehemiah Brush by his last will and testament
dated the tenth day of March in the Year Eighteen
hundred and forty three duly admitted to prob
ate and now of record in the office of the
Clerk of Alachua County and State of Florida
Authorized and empowered his Executors therein nam
ed to sell and convey certain real Estate also in
said will named And whereas the party hereto of
the first part the surviving Executor named in
said will by virtue of such authority has sold
to the said party hereto of the second part a
portion of said real estate which is hereinafter
described for the sum of Fifty (50) Dollars which
Amount has been fully paid by the said party
of the second part as is hereby admited Now
therefore this Indenture witnesseth that in consid
eration of the premises and of one dollar the
said party hereto of the first part Executor as
aforesaid doth grant bargain sell alien release
convey and confirm unto the said party hereto of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever in fee
