Brushs Addition to Gainesville in Alachua County State of
Florida being a portion of a tract of Land Known as the "Arre
dondo Grant" and described as follows that is to say Beg
inning for the same at the south East corner of lot num
ber Twenty three 23 and running thence north along the
East boundary line of said lot one hundred and thirty
two (132) feet thence westerly parallel to the south bound
ary line of said lot three hundred and thirty (330) feet
thence south parallel to the East boundary line of said lot
one hundred and thirty two (132) feet to the south bound
ary line to the place of beginning It being a part of the
same ground which by a decree passed in the case of
Brush et al against Prall et al in the Circuit Court
of St. Johns County and State of Florida on the eleven
th day of August in the year Eighteen hundred and forty
nine which decree has been duly recorded in the Clerks Office
of Alachua County in said State was adjudged and
appointed as the property belonging to the Estate of the
said Nehemiah Brush deceased Together with all and
singular the rights privileges advantages tenements here
ditaments and appurtenances and the reversions and rever
sions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof and also all the estate right title interest claim
and demand whatsoever both in law and equity which
the said testator had in his lifetime and at the time
of his deceased and which the said party hereto of the
first part hath by virtue of said last will and testament
or otherwise of in and to the same and every part thereof
with the appurtenances To have and to hold the above des
cribed lot or parcel of ground with the appurtenances unto
the said party hereto of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever and the said party hereto of the first 
part as executors aforesaid doth covenant with the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns that the
has not done any act matter or thing to encumber the
property hereby conveyed and that he will execute such
further assurances as may be necessary witness the
hand and seal of the party hereto of the first part:
