Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
we Annie L. Barton & D.W.L. Barton of the aforesaid
county and State for and in consideration of the sum
of One Hundred & twenty dollars to them in hand paid
by Mathew M. Gaston of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these do grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said Mathew M. Gaston all of
that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the county of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly Known and described
as follows to wit: All that certain piece and parcel
of land situated and lying in section twenty Eight
Township (10) South Range 19 East and more par
ticularly described as follows commencing at the North
East Corner of Sec 28 Township 10 Range 19 and
running thence south fourteen 49/100 chains to a stake
