unto all whom it may concern that John Varnum and
Nancy E. Varnum his wife to me personally known to be the
persons who Executed the foregoing instrument of writing
as parties thereto this day this day personally appeared
before and acknowledged that they had executed the fore
going deed for the uses and purposes therein expressed
and that the said Nancy E. Varnum who is well known
to me as the wife of said John Varnum and as one of
the persons described in and who executed the foregoing
deed of conveyance did this day to me on a private
examination made separately and apart from her said
husband acknowledge and declare that she made
herself a party to and executed the same for the purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing all and every dower
and right of dower in and to the lands in said con
veyance described and that the same was done by
her freely and voluntarily and without any constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that
We George H. Southerland and Mina Southerland his wife
who joins in this Deed to relinquish her Dower of the
aforesaid County and State for and in consideration
of the sum of Thirteen hundred ($130000) dollars to us
in hand paid by William C. McLaren of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto him the said William C. McLaren
all that certain lot piece Tract or parcel of land sit
uated lying and being in the County of Alachua in
