The State of Florida particularly known and descr
ibed as follows to wit Beginning at the South East Cor
ner of the George M. Richardson tract of land running
North Thirty (30) chains thence East Ten (10) chains thence
South Twenty and three fourths (20 3/4) chains thence
East Seven (7) Chains thence South Nine and a quarter
9 1/4 chains: Thence West Seventeen (17) chains to the point
of beginning all situated in section Twenty two (22) in
Township Ten (10) South of Range Nineteen (19) East and
we hereby especially covenant agree and guarantee that
the above described parcel of land contains fully Thirty
six and 49/100 Acres of land. The Number of acres being
hereby made of the very essence of this conveyance
less a road of Twenty feet throug said Land is reser
ved running East and West across said Tract near
The center thereof (G.H.S.) containing by estimation Thirty
six 49/100 (36.49/100) acres of land more or less Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur
tenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertain
ing To have and to hold the same unto him the said
William C. McLaren and to his heirs executors administrat
ors and assigns in fee simple absolute and we the
said George H. Southerland and Maria Southerland do
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said William
C. McLaren that we are lawfully seized in fee of the prop
erty herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same
is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and
we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him
the said William C. McLaren and to his heirs executors
Administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same In witness where
of we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our
seals on this 25th day of May AD 1883.
