for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing
all of her right of dower in and to the land in said deed
described and that said relinquishment and renunciation

This Indenture made the Twenty first day of Febru
ary Anno Domini Eighteen Hundred and Eighty three
Between Mamie W. Tucker and W. Bailey Tucker her
husband of the City of Fernandina County of Nass
au and State of Florida parties of the first part and
George H. Sutherland of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida party of the second part Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of one thousand three
hundred ($1300) Dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise
release convey and confirm unto the said party of
the second part and to his heirs and assigns for
ever all that certain lot Tract or parcel of land
situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
