we E.D. Barnett & Alvania A. Barnett of the aforesaid county
and State for and in consideration of the sum of seventy
five dollars to them in hand paid by W.M. Knox of the
County of Alachua in the state of Florida the receipt where
of we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed unto him the said W.M. Knox all of that certa
in lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the county of Alachua in the state of Florida
particularly Known and described as follows to wit Our un
divided one half interest in a certain Store lot in the
town of Micanopy and bounded as follows on the North
by Riggs and avant on the East by Barnett and
Knox on the South by F.W. Fontain on the West by Ma
in Street and containing by estimation Eighty feet on
Main Street running North & South and one hundred &
fifty feet running East and west containing by est
imation __ Acres of land more or less Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and ap
purtenances to the same belonging or in anywise ap
pertaining To have and to hold the same unto him
the said W.M. Knox and to his heirs executors admi
nistrators and assigns in fee simple absolute and we
the said E.D. Barnett & Alvania A. Barnett do here
by covenant and agree to and with the said W.
M. Knox that they are lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the
same that the same is free from all encumbran
ces of any Kind whatsoever and that they will 
forever warrant and defend the same unto him the
said W.M. Knox and to his heirs executors adminis
trators administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whom
soever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same
