State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  Know all men by these Presents that
We Josie Kibby and E.O. Kibby of the aforesaid County
and State for and in Consideration of the sum of two
thousand dollars to us in hand paid by Taliaferro O.
Shackleford of the county of Jefferson in the State
of Ky the receipt whereof we do hereby acknow
ledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents grant bargain sell and
convey unto him the said Taliaferro O. Shack
leford all that certain lot piece tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly Known
and described as follows to wit: Commencing at a stake
twenty three and one half 23 1/2 chains East from
the half Mile stake of the western boundary line
of section five (5) each chain containing sixty six
(66) feet thence running south along the west
