Martha E. Sage & Husband to T.O. Shackleford
"Deed"
Know all men by these presents that we Martha E. Sage
in her own right and H.H. Sage (Husband & Wife) the
Grantors for the Consideration of Two Hundred Dollars
($20000) received to our full satisfaction of T.O. Shack
leford of Alachua county Florida the Granter do give
grant Bargain sell and convey unto the said Grantee his
heirs and assigns the following described premises situa
ted in the Town of Gainesville County of Alachua and
State of Florida and Known and described as lying and
being situated in the plan of the town of Gainesville
as One (1) Acre in the South East Corner of lot No
Thirty seven (37) of Browns addition to said town
according to a survey of said Town made by S.F.
Halliday be the same more or less but subject to all legal
highways To have and to hold the above granted and
bargained premises with the appurtenances thereunto belo
nging unto the said Grantee his heirs and assigns for
ever and we Martha E. Sage & H.H. Sage the said Gran
tors do for ourselves and our heirs executors and ad
ministrators covenant with the said Grantee his heirs and
assigns that at and until the sealing of these presents
we are well seized of the above described premises
as a good and indefeasible estate in fee simple and
have good right to bargain and sell the same in
manner and form as above written that the same
are free and clear from all incumbrances whatsoever
and that we will warrant and defend said premises
