that I Penelope L. Stanley of the aforesaid county and
state for and in consideration of the sum of ($284)
Two hundred & Eighty four dollars to me in hand
paid by William C. Hague of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto him the said William C. Hague
his heirs and assigns all of that certain lot piece
Tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in
the county of Alachua in the state of Florida 
particularly Known and described as follows to wit The
South half of Lot numbered Three on the South
East quarter of the North West quarter and the
Lot numbered five of the section numbered Twenty
Eight of Township eight south of Range Nineteen East
(S 1/2 Lot 3 or SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 & Lot 5 S 28 T 8 S R 19 E)
