containing by estimation 57 acres of land more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements hered-
itaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
any wise appertaining To Have and Hold the same
unto him the said William C. Hague and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and
absolute and I the said Penelope L. Stanley do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said William
C. Hague and that I am law fully seized in fee of
the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto him the said William C. Hague and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns against the
lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same

                       "Deed"
This Indenture made this Third day of April in the year
of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and eighty
three between Horace L. Breeden and Mrs. Ella Breeden
his wife parties of the first part and Margaret Cassidy
party of the second part witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part in consideration of the sum of seventeen
50/100 Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
