do hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said party of the second part her heirs and assi
gns forever all of a tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida described as follows to wit: The South half
of the East half of the South West quarter of the
South West quarter of section Twenty five In Town
ship Eight South range Twenty one East contain
ing about Ten Acres more or less It being the
South half of that portion of said 40 Acres lying
East of the Peninsular R.R. track To have and to
Hold the same together with all the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining to the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns forever And the said Horace
S. Breeden And M. Ella Breeden parties of the first
part for their heirs executors and administrators
do covenant with the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns that we are well seiz
ed in fee of the lands and premises aforesaid and
have good right to sell and convey the same in
manner and form aforesaid that the same are
free from all incumbrances: and the above bargained
and granted lands and premises in the quiet and pea
ceable possession of the said party of the second part
Her heirs and assigns against all persons lawfully
claiming or to claim the whole or any part thereof the
said parties of the first part will Warrant and defend
