3d day of April A.D. 1883 before me personally appeared
Mrs. M. Ella Breeden wife of Horace S. Breeden the
grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart
from her said husband says and acknowledges before
me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance
for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renoun
cing all of her right of Dower in and to the land in
said deed described and that said relinquishment and
renunciation of Dower was done and made by her
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion con
straint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband

This Indenture made the Eighth day of June in the
Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Eighty three Between Mrs. Ideller Kennard and
Saml J. Kennard her husband of Alachua County Florida
of the first part and A.T. Lee of the City of Savannah
Chatham County State of Georgia of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of One hund
red Dollars lawful money of the United States of Amer
ica to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised
