    R.D. Hoyt & Wife to B.S. Foster
                 "Deed"
This Indenture made the twentieth day of March
in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and Eighty three Between R.D. Hoyt & Agnes D.
Hoyt his wife and of the County of Hillsborough
and State of Florida of the first part and B.S.
Foster of State of Florida Alachua County of the
second part: Witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Fifty Dollars to them in hand paid by the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Fifty Dollars to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and
by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien rem
ise release convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part and his heirs and assigns fore
ver all of a certain tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
described as follows The west half of lot two (2) and
also the following described fractional Lot described
as follows beginning at the north west corner of
said lot Two (2) and running north one hundred
(100) feet thence East five 71/100 5 45/100 chains thence South
one hundred (100) feet thence west five 71/100 (5 71/100) chains
to the north west corner of said lot two (2) the point
of beginning said fractional lot last described being
a portion of Lot twenty three (23) on the south
side of Bivans arm all of said described property
lying & being in what is Known as the Thomas Napier
One thousand (1000) acre tract on Bivens Arm as
appears from the records of the plat or Map of
said tract on record in deed Book "I" page 591 as
as by reference thereto being had will more fully
appear Containing by estimation twenty one (21) acres
of land more or less To have and to hold said land
together with all and singular the tenements here
