      Isaac Davis & Wife to Edmond Furguson

Alachua County   }  This Indenture made the 2nd day
of of January A.D. 1883, between Rev Isaac Davis & Phillis
Davis his wife of said State and County of the first
part and Edmond Furguson of Alachua County in
the State of Florida of the second part Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the paternal love and affection they
bear for their son in Law the said Furguson &
for the further consideration of the sum of Five dollars
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these 
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said party of the second part all of that certain lot
piece parcel of tract of land situated lying and being
in the county of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly Known and described as follows to wit
Twenty three (23) of Brushes Addition to the town of
Gainesville in said State and County and running
thence North along the eastern boundary line of said
Lot No 23 Sixty Six (66) feet thence west three hundred
and thirty (330) feet to the western boundary line of
said Lot Sixty six (66) feet to the Southern boundary
line of said Lot thence East along said Southern
boundary line of said Lot three hundred and thirty
feet to the point of beginning containing by estimation
