      Emma Moore to Anna H.H. Addams
                "Deed"
This Indenture made the Fourteenth day of May
in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and Eighty three (1883) Between Emma
Moore of the City of Philadelphia State of Pensyvan
ia widow of the one part and Anna H.H. Adams
of Eidarville Stephenson County State of Illinois of
the other part witnesseth that the said Emma Moore
for and in consideration of the sum of One hund
red and Twenty five dollars lawful money of the
United States of America unto her well and truly paid
by the said Anna H.H. Addams at and before the
sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted barg
ained sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed and
by these presents doth Grant bargain sell alien
enfeoff release and confirm unto the said Anna H.H.
Addams her Heirs and Assigns All that Certain lot
of land lying and being in the town of Melrose
and State of Florida described as follows: Lot Num
ber Ten (10) as laid down on the maps of said
town and bounded as follows: One hundred and
fifty feet front on Hampton Street and One hundred
and fifty feet on the west by lot numbered fifteen
(15) and one hundred and fifty feet on the South
by lot number Nine (9) The measurement of Lot
one Hundred and fifty feet square said Lot is sit
uate in that portion of said town of Melrose as lies in
Alachua County in section thirteen Township nine
Range Twenty two East (Being the same premises
which Clarence Moore and wife by deed dated the
twelfth day of March 1879 Recorded in the County
last aforesaid in Deed Book K No- page 833
& 834 &c on the 25th day March 1879. granted
and conveyed to the said Emma Moore in fee)
