      James H. Huggins To J.H.M Huggins

State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that I James H. Huggins of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of One hun
dred Dollars to me in hand paid by J.H.M. Huggins
my son of the county of Alachua in the state of Flo
rida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said
J.H.M. Huggins his heirs and assigns all of that certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the county of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly Known and described as follows to wit: The North
half of lot numbered three and the north half of
the south half of said Lot numbered three and
the south half of lot numbered two and the North
half of the South east quarter of the south west
quarter of section numbered Eight (8) of Township
number Eight (8) South of Range number Eighteen
East containing by estimation (120) acres of land
more or less Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and
Hold the same unto him the said J.H.M. Huggins and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple and absolute and I the said James H. Hug
gins do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said J.H.M. Huggins that I am lawfully seized in
fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and
that I have good and lawful right to sell the same
that the same is free from all incumbrances of any
Kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto him the said
J.H.M. Huggins and his heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands
