Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
I Lucius Montgomery of the town of Micanopy and of the
aforesaid State and County for and in consideration
of the natural love and affection which I have and
bear to and for my wife Lou J. Montgomery as well
as for the consideration of ten dollars to me in hand
paid by the said Lou J. Montgomery the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have given granted bargained
sold aliened and conveyed and by these presents
do give grant bargain sell alien and convey unto
her the said Lou J. Montgomery the following property to
wit: all of that certain parcel or tract of land with its
improvements situated in Alachua County State of Florida
