west in front of the lot now owned and occupi
ed by Wm Edwards and bounded west by lot of R.
H. Hall East by said Main Street said lot or
parcel of land measuring two Hundred (200) feet
from North to South along said Main Street by
a debth of one hundred (100) feet from East
to west said lot being a part of section twenty
six in Township Eleven South of Range Twenty
East = Also Thirty Eight (38) acres of land together
with all and singular the improvements thereof and
appurtenances thereto situated in the South West
quarter of section Twenty six (26) in Township
Eleven Range Twenty (20) upon which is located the
dwelling house now owned and occupied by the
grantor herein Also all the following personall prop
erty to wit: All of my household and Kitchen furnit
ure of all Kinds species or description also one
Steam engine with its boiler fixtures and ap
pliances and one grist mill and six Cotton gins
with their attachments and appurtenances now owned
by me in the said State and County Also one hun
dred and forty five (145) Acres of land situated in
Section Twenty seven (27) Township Eleven Range
Twenty (20) in Alachua County and State of Florida
Also an undivided half interest in forty acres
of land Known as a part of the James Boling
Place bounded on the south by the land now
owned and occupied by Quash Watson west by lands
of Harrison Estate North by Paynes Prairie East by
land of Jas Boling all in the State of Florida
and County of Alachua To have and to Hold
all of said property both real and personal unto
the said Lou J. Montgomery and to her heirs execu
tors administrators and assigns in fee simple for
