"Quit Claim Deed"
Know all men by these presents that I Benjamin
Rush of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty
three dollars to me in hand paid by Frank Danzy
of Alachua County and State of Florida the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge have bargained
sold and quit claimed and by these presents do
bargain sell and Quit Claim unto the said Frank
Danzy and to his heirs and assigns forever all my
right title interest estate claim and demand both
at law and in equity and as well in possession
as in expectancy of in and to all that certain piece
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the
county of Alachua and State of Florida and Known
and described as the West half of south west
quarter of Section (31) Thirty one Township Eleven
(11) South Range (19) Nineteen East Containing (80)
Eighty Acres More or less with all and singular
the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belong
