Alachua County    } Know all men by these presents that
I Burt C Drake of the aforesaid county and State for
and in consideration of the sum of one thousand
Dollars to me secured to be paid by Carnius B Dodd
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him
the said Carnius B Dodd all of that certain lot
piece Tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being
in the county of Alachua in the state of Florida par
ticularly known and described as follows to wit:

inesville in said State and County according to the
original plan and survey of said Town of Gainesv
