G. Cole of the County of Putnam in the State of Florida
Sole Executor of the last will and testament of Arch
ibald H. Cole late of said County and State deceased
of the first part and Jennie Richards (unmarried)
of the Town of Waldo County of Alachua and State
of Florida of the second part witnesseth that the
said party of the first part by virtue of the power
and Authority to him given in and by the said last
will and testament and in consideration of the sum
