Sarah R. Barnes and Husband to Harriet B. Halsted
                        "Deed"
State of Florida - County of Alachua  This Inden
ture made this the Fourth day of June A.D 1883, between
Mrs. Sarah R. Barnes and Louis A. Barnes her husband
who joins in this deed for the purpose of showing
his assent and confirmation of the same of the first
part and Mrs. Harriet B. Halsted of the second part
witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of seven Hundred and
fifty dollars to them in hand paid by the party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by
these presents do sell grant release and confirm unto
the party of the second part her heirs and assigns cer
tain lots or parcels of land in Alachua County State of
Florida Known and described as The North Half of
five acres off of the North side of the South half of
the South East Quarter of the south west Quarter all
in section Eleven Township Ten Range Twenty running
parallel to the former described piece of land contain
ing Twenty five (25) Acres more or less together with
the members rights tenements hereditaments and appur
tenances thereunto belonging and also the separate
estate right title interest and claim of the said
Sarah R. Barnes of in and to all and singular the
premises aforesaid to have and to hold the said lands
in fee simple And the parties of the first part do bind
themselves their heirs executors and administrators
and each of them to warrant and defend forever the
title to said premises unto the second party his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the claims
of all persons claiming or to claim under by or
through the parties of the first part and against
the claims of all other persons whomsoever In witness
