This Indenture made this Twenty fourth day of May
in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hund
red and eighty three between Frank J. MacKey and
Florence his wife of the City of Minneapolis party
of the first part and Myron B. French party of the
second part: Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred
and Eighty three 86/100 ($283.86/100) Dollars to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
