in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
described as follows to wit Lot Numbered Thirty four
(34) according to the recorded platt of Lands owned
by Hudson and MacKey in said Alachua County the
same being the equal undivided one half of said
Lot To Have and to Hold the Same together with all
the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining to the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever and the
said Frank J. MacKey and Florence his wife party of
the first part for their heirs executors and admin
istrators do covenant with the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns that they are well seized in
fee of the lands and premises aforesaid and have good
right to sell and convey the same in manner and
form aforesaid that the same are free from all incum
brances: And the above bargained and granted lands
and premises in the quiet and peaceable possession
of the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns against all persons lawfully claiming or to claim
the whole or any part thereof the said party of the first
part will warrant and defend In testimony whereof
