questioned and examined by me separate and apart
from her said husband says and acknowledges before
me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for
the purposes of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all
of her right of dower in and to the land in said deed
described and without any compulsion constraint appre
hension of fear of or from her said husband

     Martha D. Jackson to James E. Love et al
                     "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into on this 24th day
of May A.D. 1883, by and between Martha D. Jackson
widow of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the first part and James E. Love A.W. Leighton
and William P. Green of the same place parties of the second
part witnesseth: that whereas the said party of the first
part did on the 16th day of May A.D. 1882 make execute
and deliver to John W. Weaver her warranty Deed to all
those lots tract or parcels of land situate lying and
being in Alachua County State of Florida particularly
Known and described as follows to wit: Lots Nos Ten (10)
and Fifteen (15) of the subdivision of Lot No thirteen
(13) of Browns addition to the town of Gainesville as
surveyed and platted by Richard S. Fuller for the said
Martha D. Jackson the same being in the north west
Quarter of section Five (5) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty
(20) said lot being each 157 1/2 feet square Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining and whereas the said description
of the said land is incorrect and Erroneous and
whereas the said John W. Weaver and his wife Mary
J. Weaver subsequently to wit: on the 13th day of
March A.D. 1883, made executed and delivered their
Warranty Deed to the said property to the said James
E. Love A.W. Leighton and William P. Green The first
of which said deeds is duly recorded in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Deed Book
"N" at page 452 on the 23d day of May A.D. 1882.
