and the latter of said Deeds is duly and legally
recorded on the 24th day of March A.D. 1883, in Deed
Book "O" of the records of Alachua County Florida
at pages 367 and 368 and whereas the said Martha
D. Jackson the said party of the first part is
desirous of correcting and reforming the said Deed
or deeds therefore Know all men by these presents
that I the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the premises and of the furth
er sum of Ten Dollars to me in hand paid at
and before the sealing and delivery hereof hath
granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth
by these presents grant bargain sell convey and
confirm unto them the said parties of the second
part and to their heirs and assigns forever all
those lots tracts or parcels of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
and Known and distinguished as follows to wit:
Lots Numbers Ten (10) and Fifteen (15) of the subdivision
of Lot Number three (3) of North West quarter of
section (5) Five in Township Ten 10 South of Range
(20) Twenty East as surveyed and platted by Rich
ard S. Fuller for Martha D. Jackson according to
Map of the survey of said Lot No 3 made by
the said Fuller C.E. recorded with this Deed and made
a part hereof and being situated in what is Known
and recognized as Brown's addition to the Town
of Gainesville Each of said Lots being One hundred &
fifty seven and one half feet square saving and
reserving off of the north boundary of Lot Number
Ten (10) a strip of Twelve (12) feet for an alley way
containing by estimation one and 1/7 acres of land more
or less Together with all and singular the right ten
ements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belong
ing or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold
the said bargained and described premises unto
the said James E. Love A.W. Leighton and William
P. Green that she is lawfully seized in fee of the said
property: that she has good and lawful right to
convey the same and that the same is free from
all incumbrances whatsoever and that she will and
her heirs executors and administrators shall and will
warrant and forever defend the title to the said proper
ty to them the said parties of the second part and
to their heirs executors administrators and assigns again
st the lawful claims and demand of any and all
persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to
claim the same In witness whereof the said Martha
