This Indenture made the Twenty ninth day of May
Anno Domini Eighteen hundred and Eighty three
Between John S. Parker and Celia Parker his wife
of the Town of Bronson County of Levy and State of
Florida of the first part and Marie A. McGrew wife
of J.C. McGrew of the County of Levy and State
of Florida of the Second part witnesseth that the
said parties of the first for and in consideration
of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars lawful Money
of the United States of America to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted barg
ained sold aliened remised released conveyed and
Confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell Alien remise release convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part and her heirs
