quarter SE. 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 30 all the said
described lands being in Township Seven 7 Range
Twenty one (21) Containing three hundred and Six
306 Acres more or less. Together with all and sing
ular the Lands tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right

the said Thomas H. Jones at the tie of the sealing and
delivery of thes presents is lawfully seized in Fee simple
of a good absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance
