Alachua County   }  Know all men by these Presents
that we J.C. Bell and Katy D. Bell of the aforesaid cou
nty and State for and in Consideration of the sum
of Six 50/100 dollars to them in hand paid by Will
iam K. Lynn of the County of Alachua in the state
of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknow
ledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
Convey unto him the said William K. Lynn all
of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situ
ated lying and being in the county of Alachua in
the State of Florida particularly Known and des
cribed as follows to wit: Starting 259 feet north
of the S.E. Corner of the N.W. 1/4 of S.W. 1/4 Sec 20 T
10, R 14 E Thence North one hundred & five feet thence
westerly two hundred and ten feet thence Southward
One hundred & Five feet thence Eastward two hun
dred & Ten feet to the starting point containing by
estimation one half acres of land more or less To
gether with all and singular the tenements hereditam
ents and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining To have and to hold the same
unto him the said William K. Lynn and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the law
ful claims and demands of any and all persons whom
soever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same
In witness whereof we have hereunto ser our hand and
affixed our seals on this 11th day of Decr A.D. 1882

Alachua County   }  I hereby certify that on this 11th
day of Decr A.D. 1882 before me personally appeared Mrs.
Katie D. Bell wife of J.C Bell the grantor in the foregoing
conveyance who being first duly questioned and exam
ined by me separate and apart from her said husband
says and acknowledges before me that she did
sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose
of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her
right of Dower in and to the land in said deed
described and that said relinquishment and renun
ciation of dower was done and made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
