Alachua County   }  Know all men by these Presents
that John W. Hudson and Rachel Hudson his wife of Mad
ison Wisconsin & Frank J. MacKey Residuary Trustee &
Florence MacKey his wife of Minneapolis Minnesota for
and in consideration of the sum of twelve hundred
Dollars to them in hand paid by John B. Waples of the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof they do hereby acknowledge have granted bargain
ed sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto him the said John B.
Waples all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly Known and descr
ibed as follows to wit Lots Numbered Eleven (11) and Twelve
(12) as shown by the recorded Plat of MacKey &
Hudson in Deed Book "J" on pages nine hundred and
six (906) of the Public Records of Alachua County State
of Florida Containing by estimation Eighty acres of land
more or less Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the same
