Silas B. Adkins & Wife to William H. Boon
                     Deed
This Indenture made this second day of June A.D. 1883,
Between Silas B. Adkins of Alachua County Florida
parties of the first part and William H. Boon also of
said County of the Second part Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in con
sideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars to
us in hand paid by said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained old aliened remised released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
Do grant bargain sell alien remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the
second part and his heirs and assigns forever all
of a certain lot or parcel of land lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida des
cribed as follows Beginning at the North West
corner of the South West Quarter of the South
East Quarter of section (29) Twenty Nine Township
(10) Ten South of Range (22) East thence running
East five hundred and twenty eight feet (528) ft
to place of commencement being the Nort West
Corner of land hereby conveyed thence South Six
hundred and ninty three feet (693 ft) thence East
one Hundred and ninety (190 ft) feet to South East
Corner of three acres lot thence North back to line
containing three acres more or less - being a part
of land conveyed to said Adkins by the Trustees
of the Internal Improvement fund on the 31st day
of March A.D. 1869 Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there
unto belonging or any wise appertaining and the
rents issues & profits thereof and all the estate right
title interest claim and demand of the said party
of the first part in and to the above granted prem
ises and every part thereof To Have and to hold
the above described premises to the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns in fee simple for
ever the said Adkins and his heirs the above des
cribed premises with the appurtenances unto the said
Boon his heirs and assigns against all and every
person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim
the same or any part thereof shall & will warrant and
by these presents forever defend In testimony whereof
the said party of the first part have hereunto set
their hands and Seals the day and Year above written
