B. Adkins and Caroline R. Adkins to me well Known
as the person who signed the foregoing deed and
acknowledged that they executed said deed for the pur
pose of conveying the land there in described to William
H. Boon afforesaid and the said Caroline R. Adkins
upon an examination made by me separate and
apart from her husband acknowledges that she made
herself a party to said conveyance for the purpose
of relinquishing all dower and right of Dower
in the lands therein mentioned and that she did
so freely and voluntarily and without any fear con
straint or compulsion from her said husband.

Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that I William B. Lipsey of the aforesaid County
and State for and in consideration of the sum of Two
hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Samuel Jorn
ini of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said Samuel Jornini all that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida parti
cularly Known and described as follows to wit: The
West half of the North West Quarter of the South
West Quarter of Section Twenty One (21) Township
Eleven (11) South Range Eighteen (18) East, containing
by estimation Twenty acres of land more or less
