ditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold
the same unto the said Samuel Jornini and to
his heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple absolute and I the said William B.
Lipsey do hereby covenant and agree to and with 
the said Samuel Jornini that I lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that we have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and that I
will and my heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto the
said Samuel Jornini and to his heirs executors adm
inistrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or hereafter to claim the same In
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal on this 14th day of June A.D. 1883.

of June A.D. 1883, before me personally appeared Mrs.
Hannah H. Lipsey wife of William B. Lipsey the grantors
in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly ques
tioned and examined by me separate and apart from
her said husband says and acknowledges before me that
she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose
of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right
of Dower in and to the land in said deed described and
that said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was
done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband.
