Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents
that John B. Waples and Elizabeth S. Waples his
wife of the aforesaid County and State for and
in consideration of the sum of Seventeen hundred
and fifty ($1750.00) dollars to them in hand
paid by William C. Moury of the County of Alach
ua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof
we do hereby acknowledge have granted barg
ained sold and conveyed and by these presents
grant bargain sell and convey unto him the
said William C. Moury all that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Flor
ida Particularly Known and described as follow
s to wit: Lots numbered Eleven (11) and twelve
(12) as shown by the recorded Plat of Mackey
& Hudson in Deed Book "J" on page (906) of
the Public Records of Alachua County State of
Florida containing by estimation Eighty acres of
land more or less Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining To
have and to hold the same unto him the said William
C. Moury and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute and they the
said John B. Waples and Elizabeth S. Waples do here
by covenant and agree to and with the said William
C. Moury that they lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey
the same that the same is free from all encum
